For 25 years, Eloise enjoyed a career in the newspaper business. For 14 years, she was a business-news assignment editor and copy editor at The Morning Call, a Tribune Co. newspaper in Allentown, Pa.
The Sunday Real Estate section at the Morning Call, which she produced, twice won honors for "Best Real Estate Section" among medium-size newspapers from the National Association of Real Estate Editors. She won recognition from The Morning Call for overseeing translation into Spanish of a poster, "Heart 101."
She is in the copy editor and proofreader pool for the Elsevier Health Sciences Book Division. She also continues to write freelance for The Morning Call's Real Estate section.
Her bachelor of science degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia gave her a grounding in analytic thought and the life sciences.
Eloise also maintains an interest in music, playing cello in an orchestra in the Lehigh Valley.
