Easy ordering

• Get the word count of your project in your word processor.

• Create your instant estimate using the appropriate calculator on our home page.

• E-mail us for estimate confirmation, including your project requirements such as turn-around time or special handling. We accept Microsoft Word '03 and Word '07, Apple .cwk, plain text and comment-enabled Adobe Acrobat pdf files.

• Once we've confirmed the order by e-mail or phone, use the appropriate "ORDER" button to forward your payment via PayPal.

• Attach your project file(s) to an e-mail and submit it to us. That's it.

Purchase orders

We are happy to accept purchase orders from established businesses for editing projects. Simply e-mail us a signed P.O. when you submit your project via e-mail and we will e-mail an invoice with the project when completed. Businesses ordering this way do not pay Pennsylvania sales tax. We will provide our W-9 tax form upon request. Terms: Net 30 days.

2¢ review service [second edit of your revised project]

If you feel your document would benefit from a second edit because extensive changes have been made, we will review it for 2¢ a word. There is no minimum, send only the pages that require review.

Graphics corrections will be returned to you on worksheets in the Word or text format that you require.

How our editing style works

We use the "Track changes" function in Microsoft Word to mark up copy. You decide which suggested changes to retain and which to reject. Or if you wish, we can make the changes directly. Note: we cannot make direct changes to Adobe Acrobat PDF files; your PDF files must be comment-enabled so we can use "Sticky notes" to mark up copy.

If Word users prefer, we will edit your project using the following style ky that we offer to MacOS users.

      EDITING KEY

      Red text - delete
      Blue text - add
      Yellow highlight - needs revision
      [Small capitals text] - editor's comments

The highest tallest building in Lehigh County, PA Pennsylvania, is owned by an electric company. The 28-story building skyscraper is visible from all over the area. Apple OS-X AppleWorks user files will be returned to you as Windows Word 97-2003 doc files that will open with all of the above editing marks in Apple's TextEdit program.

Plain text files:

Plain text files will be marked up with editor's notes embedded in square brackets immediately [following] the words in question, and returned as text files.

Marked-up plain text copy will look like this:
